Watch the video first in its entirety to get comfortable with all the moves, then put on your workout clothes, pump on the music and get moving. If you are a beginner, go at your own pace, don’t feel like you’ve got to be perfect right off the bat.
We all have things we need to work on, myself included. I struggle with pushups, they are definitely my weakness but I keep trying. I ask you to do the same. DON’T GIVE UP!
